The only improvement I would suggest is for the children working there to receive further training in customer service, ensuring a better experience for senior guests.

Quick access to former french concession. The staff of twelve at hengshan went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Lost Heaven, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. The airport was 9 miles away.

During my New Year stay at a hotel, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. the location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the good quality toiletries in the bathroom.

the room lacked proper lighting and the temperature was difficult to regulate.

The hotel provided luxurious amenities that added to our relaxing stay, including a beautiful indoor swimming pool and an extensive menu at the restaurant. the staff was attentive and fulfilled our every need, making us feel pampered and well taken care of.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, which detracted from the overall luxurious feel of the venue. Although the location was convenient and allowed for easy access to public transportation, the noise from the nearby subway station could occasionally be heard, disrupting our peaceful stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The room was surprisingly spacious and decorated with a wonderful blend of modern and traditional elements. The staff was attentive and polite. The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the metro station and several shopping centers. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food.

The gym was small and lacked equipment. , the pool was quite small and not suitable for swimming laps.

This hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood in the center of the city, making it convenient to get around. There are also two big night clubs nearby, perfect for those looking for some nightlife entertainment. the Cantonese restaurant for lunch is worth a visit and will leave you satisfied.

The hotel lacks luxurious touches in places such as the breakfast restaurant.
